A Hyundai Motorsport 30 éves belga pilótája Thierry Neuville nyerte a jobb egyben Nicolas Gilsoul értő navigálása mellett a 66. Svéd Rallyt, amely FIA WRC 2018-as szezonjának második futama volt.
Futamgyőzelmével Thierry Neuville csatlakozott Sebastien Loeb és Sebastien Ogier mellé, akiknek nem skandináv pilótaként sikerült Svéd Rallyt nyernie!
Ez a győzelem volt Thierry Neuville hetedik futamgyőzelme! – 2014 – Német Rally, 2016 – Szárd Rally, 2017- Korzika Rally, Argentín Rally, Lengyel Rally, Ausztrál Rally. Grtaulálunk!
